Audit & Assurance
Croft, Drozd & Company knows the needs of business. No matter the size or shape of your organization, you require accurate reporting. You might look to a financial statement as a tool to monitor operations or to meet external requirements of a bank, lending source or investor.
Whether you are running a large commercial business or a non-profit organization, financial statements fall across the following levels of reporting:
We examine financial data with an objective of expressing an opinion regarding the fairness with which a financial statement presents, in all material respects, financial position, results of operations, and cash flows conforming to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Our report may express or disclaim an opinion, and identify circumstances in which applicable principles have not been consistently observed in the preparation of financial statements. An audit includes review of internal controls, tests and verification of data, and other activities deemed necessary by the auditor to form an opinion. |
We determine that a client's financial data is free of material misstatement by using limited inquiry and review procedures. This level of reporting provides limited assurance of a CPA that material modifications are not required in order to conform to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or an Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA) as defined by the federal government. |
We format a client's financial data into a properly structured financial statement without corroboration or verification of information detail or any expression of assurance by a CPA.
