Salary Structure / Additional Compensation
It’s our job to help you realize your full earning potential. Our salary structure is kept in line with or even ahead of local and national market pay scales, including the following opportunities for additional earnings:
New Employee Bonus
- currently $2,500 (payable upon hire)
Discretionary Performance Bonus
- typically 1-5% of annual salary, based on individual work performance (payable anytime)
Monthly Billing Goal Incentive Bonus
- amounts vary, based firmwide ability to meet stated financial performance goals (payable quarterly)
New Client Referral Bonus
- amounts vary, based on annual billings (payable monthly)
New Employee Referral Bonus
- amounts range from $2,000 to $4,000, based on position (payable anytime)
Retirement Planning
Our Vanguard Group SIMPLE IRA accounts include an employer contribution match up to 3% of annual salary (IRS maximum) with a minimum eligibility wait and immediate 100% vesting.
Group Health / Disability / Life
Employer-paid group insurance plans for each employee with a minimum work schedule of 30 hours per week:
Independence Blue Cross / Keystone HealthPlan East
- Choose from HMO Flex or Personal Choice (requires employee co-pay). Each includes prescription drug and vision benefits, as well as health club reimbursement; dental coverage is optional.
Assurant Employee Benefits
- Benefits include short term disability, long term disability and life insurance with a policy limit of $150,000.
Paid Leave
A Paid Time Off benefit (PTO) is available for use as combined vacation, sick and personal time. Accrual is based on seniority, ranging from 11 to 17 hours per month – or annualized at more than three to five weeks.
In addition, we observe all major holidays, including the Friday following April 15th, as well as your choice of two floating holidays. We also offer a paid Day of Community Service, funeral leave and maternity leave.

Training & Development
You will realize immediate benefit from our intensive New Employee Orientation Program. In addition, we will tailor an employer-paid career development plan, personalized according to your performance needs and goals, including Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and other specific licensure requirements.
Our CPA Examination Preparation & Assistance Benefit includes a $2,500 credit toward the cost of an exam/prep course and a generous allowance for paid study/exam time.
